Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, RETRUN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH IN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (WITH ORIGINAL INVOICE), FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY - RETAIL and SEALED BOXES if opened can not be returned. We do not process the return after 3 Days, No Exceptions!
- Returned Products must have original box, driver CD, manuals and in resalable condition other wise 35% Restocking will apply.
- If Items/product/part is not in resalable Condition, Wintas has a right to refuse this Return. Unless AGREED to pay New Estimated Restocking Fee according to the condition.
- Used Desktop /Used Laptop/Used or New Cellphone /Used or New Tablets can not be Returned or Refunded, It can only be process for warranty

Product Warranty and Procedure
- For Warranty customer MUST provide Proof of Purchase (Invoice), complete original packing, including parts and manuals.
- Branded Seal item against Manufacturing Defect. Can only send to manufacture for any warranty or replacement. Wintas Computers does not process or assist such Issues.
- None Branded Items found physically damaged/Manufacturing Defect must be reported within 3 days from the date of purchase for Exchange only, other wise it will go through Regular RMA Procedure.
- USED/OFF LEASE LAPTOP AND DESKTOP has 90 Days hardware warranty. Hardware warranty does not include any software issues such as Virus, Windows Crash etc. Battery: good working condition, all batteries tested for minimum 50% of original Capacity based on windows Powercfg Batteryreport, depending on the laptop model and battery size, battery hold charge will vary. Laptop battery 30 days warranty.
- BRANDED SEALED NEW ITEMS has manufacture warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
- FACTORY REFURBISHED ITEMS has manufacture warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
- NEW OEM PRODUCTS/OPEN BOX/USED products (other than cellphone & tablets) have a 30 day in store warranty. Remaining warranty (if it has) is a direct from the manufacture.
- NEW OPEN BOX CELLPHONES has manufacture warranty only Some US Models has United State warranty only, unless Manufacture Canada covers under international warranty.
- SOFTWARE,CD, DVD Media,USB DRIVE, MEMORY CARD Has no warranty at all.
- USED CELL PHONE & MOBILE DEVICES such as cellphone,tablet, GPS ETC. has 15 Days Store warranty. Warranty doesn't cover physical Damage, water damage or software issue.
- REPAIR WARRANTY: if Repairs involved any hardware installation, such a repair has parts warranty only. This warranty doesn't cover any labor cost.
- LCD/DIGITIZER REPLACEMENT CellPhone/Tablet/Laptop LCD replacement has 15 Days (Part only) warranty. Warranty doesn't cover physical Damage, water damage or software issue.
- HARD DRIVE New OEM Hard drives has Manufacture warranty only, Used Hard Drive if installed by Wintas Computers, has 30 days warranty.


OEM PRODUCTS: Products without Retail Packing or bulk packing, brown box etc.
RETAIL BOX PRODUCTS: All Sealed Products such as Printer, Router, Mouse, Keyboard, Wireless Adapters, Monitors etc.
OPEN BOX PRODUCTS: All Labeled Open Boxed
RMA return merchandise authorization.
REGULAR RMA PROCEDURE: Means item will go to supplier for warranty which will take up to 4-8 weeks.
