Returns and Warranty (RMA)
 
 
  • All New OEM Products have a 30 day in store warranty. Remaining warranty (if it has) is a direct from the manufacture
  • All New Open Box Products have a 30 day in store warranty. Remaining warranty (if it has) is a direct manufacture warranty only.
  • ALL Retail Boxed Products has Manufacture warranty only (no store warranty).
  • All the products found physically damaged must be reported within 3 days of the purchase other wise they are not covered under any kind of warranty.
  • We do not process or assist Manufacture warranty.
  • All new products if found defective can only be exchanged with the same product.
  • Customer must provide complete original packing, including part, and manuals with purchase invoice within 7 days of purchase.
  • Used/Refurbished computers/laptop/parts/items have a 30 days (otherwise mentioned) hardware warranty only.
  • Software issues (Virus, Windows, plug ins) are not Covered under any warranty.
  • After 7 days product will only be processed for regular RMA , which will take 4-8 weeks to go via suppliers.
  • CD, DVD Media, and Any Kind of software has no warranty at all.
  • Under warranty product can not be exchange or refund or replaced.
  • Used Hard drives has 30 days warranty if it has been installed in store
  •    
     
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
  • RETURN is acceptable within 3 days from the date of purchase for Store Credit only. After 3 days we do not process the return, No Exceptions!
  • Returned Products must be sealed and un opened other wise 25% Restocking Charges will Apply Returned Products must have original box, driver CD, manuals and in resalable condition other wise 35% Re-stocking Charges will Apply Used/Refurbished System/Laptop can not be Returned or Refunded, It can be processed for warranty only
